FAQs
- Is there a fee for delivery? Yes, but this nominal delivery charge will be waived with orders over $60. Payment is done online via paypal/credit card.
- How do I know that you deliver to my area? A zip code list will be readily available on this site. When we receive your payment and shipping information, we will double-check your zip code. You will receive a notification and a full refund if we cannot deliver to your location.
- How will I know how to cook it? Meals arrive chilled with specific and simple heating instructions. All you need is a microwave or oven to reheat and enjoy your meal in minutes!
- Do you have vegetarian, gluten-free, and/or dairy-free options? Yes, yes, and/or yes. Each item is clearly labeled.
- What does the "(NW)" mean in my shopping cart? It means you have ordered from the "Next Week" menu. Please see "Next Week" under "On the Menu" for delivery date of that particular item.
- What do I do with the containers? The main entree containers are microwave and oven-safe as well as compostable/biodegradable. All other containers are microwave-safe and compostable/biodegradable.
- What if I'm not satisfied with my meal? Let us know! If something isn’t up to par, you deserve a refund and another meal on us.
- What happens if I'm not there for delivery? The Cooler Drop-Off Service allows us to drop-off your meals in a safe and secure manner, even when you're not at home. Place a cooler outside your home, where it will be safe, and when we deliver your meals, we’ll place them inside the cooler. Once a meal has been dropped off, you will receive a text or phone call notifying you of the delivery.
